Or book an extended consultation for chronic illnesses that require a longer discussion, blood tests, or seek a second opinion, or if you want to ask advice about two or more conditions.

Please note that if you wish to see our GPs, you will need to book an appointment in advance.

  • We do not provide advice without a booked consultation.

  • Online bookings are available and can be made up to one week in advance.

  • Now offering face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations.

  • We do not accept walk-in patients. However, same-day appointments may be available. Please call us to check availability before attending the practice.

Face-to-face appointments are held at the Portsmouth clinic from 9am to 1pm, Monday to Thursday, and are by appointment only (times are subject to change).

  • We are closed on UK Bank Holidays on selected religious occasions, and planned annual leave. Notice of closure will be given in advance.

  • Please note that any changes or cancellations to your appointment require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Consultations

Patients can book traditional GP appointments, typically lasting 15 or 30 minutes, which can be conducted face-to-face, by video, or by telephone.

Follow-up appointments are also available to discuss test results or ongoing concerns.

LONGER APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR TRANSLATION

Chronic Health Conditions

Our service supports patients with long-term conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Care is personalised, with regular reviews and support to help manage your condition, improve quality of life, and reduce hospital admissions.

Acute Medical Complaints

We address urgent or short-term health issues, providing prompt assessment and treatment to help you recover quickly.

Children’s Health

We offer general health assessments for children and can refer to private clinics, hospitals, and specialists as needed.

Our GPs support all aspects of children’s health and development, working alongside other private allied healthcare professionals.

Mental Health

GPs provide confidential support for mental health concerns, assessing symptoms, offering talking therapies, prescribing medication, and referring to specialist services if necessary.

Support is available for both adults and children experiencing emotional or behavioural difficulties.

Investigations

When further assessment is needed, our GPs can arrange a variety of private investigations to support your diagnosis and care. This includes blood tests, urine tests, and imaging such as X-rays or ultrasounds.

These investigations help us gather essential information to better understand your health concerns and guide your treatment appropriately.

Prescriptions

Private prescriptions can be issued for a range of medications, including one-off treatments. Such as painkillers, antibiotics, digestive medications, and antibiotic treatments. However, prescriptions for controlled drugs are not provided.

Referrals

If your condition requires specialist expertise or advanced treatment, our GPs can provide private referrals to appropriate specialists, clinics, or hospitals.

We ensure a smooth referral process and work closely with other healthcare providers to coordinate your ongoing care and support.

WE DO NOT REFER UNDER THE NHS

Our service is designed to ensure every patient receives attentive and personalised care. Whether you need help with an acute illness, ongoing condition, mental health support, or your child’s wellbeing, we are happy to see you.

Our consultations are thoughtfully designed to address your healthcare concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring you receive the attention and support you need. During your appointment, if appropriate, your GP can issue a private prescription, providing you with convenient access to any necessary medication as part of your care.
